Spending most of her time working in small shops Laurel loves to help organizations and colleagues tap into their full potential by equipping them with the tools to succeed. As the Development Director of Pathways, a homeless shelter for women and children in Birmingham, Alabama, she secures major gifts and funding for annual and capital campaigns.
